To assist on clerical duties such as extracting report, documentation filling and etc.
Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoice and other administrative works.
Preparing weekly/ monthly report and SOA pr upon request.
Undertake any adhoc assignment task given by supervisor or management team.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customers records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the sales department with the other administrative task, if required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
