Job Description

1) ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Skop Kerja / Tanggungjawab: (open for discussion during interview)

Menguruskan panggilan telefon, email & urusan surat-menyurat Menyimpan & mengemaskini fail-fail syarikat, dokumen guaman & rekod pejabat Menyusun temujanji untuk peguam / klien Menguruskan pembayaran bil, invois & petty cash Menyokong tugas peguam & conveyancing clerk (photocopy, scanning, filing) Membantu urusan HR asas (rekod cuti, claim, attendance) Menguruskan stok alat tulis & keperluan pejabat memastikan kebersihan firma
2) LEGAL STAFF (CONVEYANCING) (bagi yg tiada pengalaman sangat dialu-alukan)

Skop Kerja / Tanggungjawab:

Menyediakan, menyemak untuk urusan tukar nama (Perfection of Transfer & Perfection of Charge) Berurusan dengan klien, bank, pejabat tanah, pemaju & pihak berkaitan Memastikan timeline transaksi dipatuhi dari mula hingga selesai Mengurus filing, stamping & submission dokumen berkaitan akan ada saling tolong menolong antara satu sama lain
3) MARKETING (CONVEYANCING)

- mempromosikan perkhidmatan conveyancing firma kepada prospek- bank, agent hartanah, pemaju

- mempunyai pengalaman dalam dunia conveyancing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
