The Administration Manager (AM) will be working within a gated and guarded residential community. Key roles include maintenance fees collection, assist the resident committee to resolve community issues such as facilities, maintenance, security and perform other administrative activities as required. The AM is also expected to liaise with residents, vendors or contractors, developers and government authorities as required, to resolve any issue and ensure compliance to procedures, rules or regulations.
The candidate is expected to be people-oriented, can communicate well and have good problem-solving skills. Being resourceful, able to plan, organize and coordinate well and taking the initatives to identify potential issues and possible solutions are also desirable attributes. Overall, a person who can lead, direct and control day-to-day community domestic issues.
The candidate should have several years of working experiences, be familiar with PC applications; retired, semi-retired or about-to-retire applicants are welcome to apply. As the location is in Seremban, we would prefer applicants who reside within an hour's drive.
