Job Description

1. Document Management & Daily Operations



Prepare, print, and manage documents for outlet operations. Organize documents systematically (both softcopy & hardcopy). Handle uniform requests from outlets and staff. Provide support to HR and operations as needed, including assisting HR with attendance, leave management, and employee documentation. Print utility bills and other documents required for submission to accounts for payment purposes.Complete and submit forms for subscriptions and other administrative services.Monitor and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.Assist in posting job vacancies and responding to inquiries related to vacancies.

2. License & Compliance Management



Manage and monitor license renewals, including: Premises licenses Fire extinguisher (servicing & renewal) Lift maintenance & renewal MyKKP system or any related compliance portals

3. Equipment & Inventory Management



Monitor and maintain office equipment such as printers (ink, servicing, repair). Assist in overseeing office and outlet facilities such as air conditioning, internet, and other equipment. Manage procurement of office pantry supplies and stationery requests. Answer phone calls and handle customer or staff inquiries. Respond to chats related to job vacancies or general queries.

4. Claims & Small Finance



Handle claims, petty cash, and small operational purchases.

5. Outlet Maintenance & Support



Coordinate outlet maintenance activities (repairs, servicing, technician coordination). Follow up with vendors until work is completed.

6. HR & Data



Update staff data in systems (attendance, leave, and basic records). Assist HR in daily tasks such as staff management, documentation, and onboarding of new employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
