Job Description


Overview As an Administration Officer \xe2\x80\x93 Compliance in I REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the management company (\xe2\x80\x9cManager\xe2\x80\x9d) of AME Real Estate Investment Trust (\xe2\x80\x9cAME REIT\xe2\x80\x9d) which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Manager in managing AME REIT. Your primary focus will be to provide essential support to the Compliance Department, assisting them in effectively discharging their functions. Other than that, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader realm of real estate management and compliance environments. This exposure will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and best practices within the real estate industry. By working closely with the Compliance Department and being exposed to real estate management and compliance environments, you will not only support the compliance function but also gain valuable experience and knowledge that will contribute to your professional growth and open up future career opportunities in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Compliance Officer to manage corporate affairs of Compliance Department of the Manager.
  • To assist in preparing Directors\xe2\x80\x99 Resolutions, Minutes, Statutory Forms, Annual Returns and other compliance documents.
  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • To order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • To manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • To assist in corporate secretarial matters that may be assigned from time to time from management.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time from management.
Education Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Foundation in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills:
  • Good in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive work attitude with strong initiative and a team player.
  • Meticulous, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
