Perform clerical duties, operate the CWORK(CMMS) in order to provide efficient supporting role to other departments so that engineering activities can be executed accurately, timely and efficiently.
Assist in the Facilities Management administration and records especially matters related to employees\xe2\x80\x99 relations, inter department data records and daily operations of department.
By ensuring that all essential equipments reports are filed accordingly for easy reference and all licenses are updated and renewed accordingly.
Perform routine checks on all contract datasheet to ensure contracts due expiry within 3 months are informed to the respective heads for follow up.
Consolidate each discipline reports of Facilities to ascertain for department to understand the status of work request, responded and issues arising if any.
Prepare department meeting minutes or other meeting minutes.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications
Willing to work in Facilities Management (Maintenance) Department
