Job Description


  • Perform clerical duties, operate the CWORK(CMMS) in order to provide efficient supporting role to other departments so that engineering activities can be executed accurately, timely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the Facilities Management administration and records especially matters related to employees\xe2\x80\x99 relations, inter department data records and daily operations of department.
  • By ensuring that all essential equipments reports are filed accordingly for easy reference and all licenses are updated and renewed accordingly.
  • Perform routine checks on all contract datasheet to ensure contracts due expiry within 3 months are informed to the respective heads for follow up.
  • Consolidate each discipline reports of Facilities to ascertain for department to understand the status of work request, responded and issues arising if any.
  • Prepare department meeting minutes or other meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications
  • Willing to work in Facilities Management (Maintenance) Department
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
