Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting a premier loyalty program management company to recruit an experienced Administrator for their business operations team in Petaling Jaya. Among their clients are financial institutions, a portfolio of nationally and internationally recognized brands which include MasterCard, Visa and some large well known Corporations.
This role will provide administrative support to the Operations Account Manager in managing loyalty program support, ensuring day-to-day operational support of existing accounts. The role would suit already working within an Account Management or Sales Support environment that is looking to develop their skills within an operations department. Job role & responsibilities:
Provide operational administrative support to the Business operations team.
Manage a set of clients by executing their loyalty and reward programs.
Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
Process stock orders.
Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently.
Candidate profile & experience The ideal candidate will need at least two years\' working experience within an administration role.
Malaysian (Male or female) in age group 26-45.
Tertiary qualification (Diploma or degree level) in Business, Marketing or Finance.
Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector with preference given to individuals with banking or finance experience.
High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to hear what people are saying.
Tri-lingual proficiency ( i.e. proficient in English, BM and Mandarin).
