  • Position: Administration Operations Executive.
  • Salary: RM 2800-3500.
  • Location: PJ Industrial Area, Section 51,off Jalan Templer,Petaling Jaya.
  • Working hours: 9.00 am-6..00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting our client, a premier loyalty program management company to recruit experienced Administrator for their business operations team in Petaling Jaya. Among their clients are financial institutions, a portfolio of nationally and internationally recognized brands which include MasterCard, Visa and some large well known Corporations.

The vacancies that are available are full-time permanent positions based at their corporate office in Petaling Jaya. The nature of the positions are fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree accuracy and details and ability to multi-task and requires a good communication skills, especially in English as you will be liaising and communicating with a variety of customers.
This role will provide administrative support to the Operations Account Manager in managing loyalty program support, ensuring day-to-day operational support of existing accounts. The role would suit already working within an Account Management or Sales Support environment that is looking to develop their skills within an operations department.
Role & responsibilities:
Provide operational administrative support to the Business operations team.
Manage a set of clients by executing their loyalty and reward programs.
Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
Process stock orders and purchasing activities.
Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently.
Candidate profile & experience
The ideal candidate will need at least two years\' working experience within an administrative operational role.
Malaysians who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven persons.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or even Finance.
Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector with preference given to individuals with banking or finance experience.
High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual language skills.
Be able to work in Petaling Jaya Jalan Templer area. The reward/Remuneration
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate to hold this permanent position. It will be between RM 2800-3500 depend on the ability. At the same time,the incumbent will get to enjoy a 5-day working week environment.
