Position: Administration & Personal Support Officer.
Salary: RM 3000-4000.
Location: Kelana Jaya,Petaling Jaya.

Our client is a well respected international freight forwarding and integrated logistics services company. With well-established overseas network, they provide logistics solutions for businesses moving goods/cargo from source to destination over 5 continents globally. Currently they are on the look out for a dedicated and dynamic Administration & Personal Support Officer to provide administrative and support to Director of Freight Operations based at their business head office at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.Working with external and internal stakeholders, this role offers a unique blend of customer services and back office support.The role of Administration & Personal Officer will be reporting to Director of Freight Operations within the organization. The role will encompass the following scope and tasks:*Maintain an overview of the Director's portfolio of works in the Import Department. *Provide general administrative support to Freight operations team.*Provide cover and support for the logistics team in appropriate areas of customer service.*Pro-actively manage and provide secretarial and administrative support to Director.*Responsible for providing high level executive and administrative services on matters relating to freight services.*Responsible for daily management, e-mails, preparation and formatting of reports.*Respond and advise efficiently to electronic or verbal inquiries on all matters that concern the Director.*Liaise and coordinate business decisions.*Draft, review and preparation of correspondence, creation of meeting notes, documents, reports and presentation.*Draft and prepare relevant freight/logistics rates for various routes.*Maintain high level of customer service on freight activities.Requirments: CandidateThis role has extensive clients liaison so the candidate's ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this exciting role. In this respect, we are looking for some one who can fit into this critical role with the following traits:-Malaysian female in age group 30-40; matured with strong personality and pleasant disposition.-Possess a tertiary education logistics disciplines, Marketing Business Administration or even Secretarial Management.-3-5 years of combined working experience in secretarial and administrative support role in previous employment. -A background working in logistics/transport, freight forwarding, shipping will be useful and highly advantageous. -A sound understanding of forwarding operations with customer service portfolio.-Good command of English, both spoken and written is absolutely necessary plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.-Strong computer application skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook.
