Administrative and Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties ;
Take charge of daily operations by managing correspondence, organizing records, and coordinating schedules.
Work with the team to establish efficient workflows and implement fresh administrative strategies.
Assist with preparing impactful reports, presentations, and proposals that contribute to the company's growth.
Accounting Duties:
Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking in AUTOCOUNT
Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, budgets, and account statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
Growth and Exploration:
Be an active part of a growing SME by contributing ideas for business development and process improvement.
Collaborate with the team to identify and explore new markets, products, and services.
Take on challenges that push boundaries and open doors to innovative opportunities.

What We're Looking For:Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years in administrative or accounting roles (or similar positions).
Experience with accounting software like Auto count & QuickBooks is a plus.
Skills and Traits:
Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills in
English
and
Malay
(spoken and written).
A passion for learning, exploring new ideas, and contributing to business growth.
A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing creative ideas.
