Description
As the Administrative & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting both administrative functions and logistics management. You will also handle invoicing and related financial documentation, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on agricultural setting and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Administration:
Maintain farm records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and general office tasks.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
Logistics:
Coordinate transportation and delivery of farm products, inputs, and equipment.
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers to manage logistics.
Track and manage inventory of supplies and materials.
Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (delivery notes, packing lists, etc.).
Invoicing & Financial Admin:
Create and process sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain billing records.
Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks and work closely with the finance team or accountant.

Requirements
Experience in administrative and/or logistics roles, preferably in the agriculture sector.
Familiarity with invoicing, billing systems, or basic accounting principles.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with invoicing or farm management software is a plus.
