Responsibilities:
Updating client records and maintaining databases
Assisting with compliance and filing tasks
Providing general administrative support to the team
Answering phone calls and managing emails
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen - Aged 35 years and below
Able to work
in person
Prior administrative experience
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Interest in finance or wealth management is a plus!
