Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities across the business functions. Daily activities include collating information on behalf of the business leads, creating spreadsheets, following up with team members, scanning and emailing. The Administrative Assistant should expect day-to-day administrative work, including frequent complex and confidential clerical work such as organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling, exchanging and analyzing information.

This position provides senior level administrative support within the Work Dynamics department. The successful candidate will develop templates for own use and for use by others to process routine departmental correspondence and documents. This position is routinely exposed to confidential information and is required to maintain absolute discretion in these matters. This position may support in maintaining the schedule of the executive(s) supported. An in-depth knowledge of office productivity software is essential and an understanding of internal company administrative systems will need to be quickly developed. Other tasks may include making travel arrangements, event planning, expense tracking, meeting coordination, guest / VIP reception, and other tasks for the supported senior staff.

Work Dynamics Head of Accounts, Malaysia and Work Dynamics Head of Operations, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule meetings.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Organize and prioritize documents and general correspondence.
  • Serve as point person for office related activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Assist in project coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Microsoft Office, especially strong in Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required
  • Ability to work independently is required.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills are highly preferred.
Required Experience
  • Prior administrative assistant experience a plus.
Required Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience not required, but preferred.
