Job Summary
As an
Administrative Assistant Intern
, you will support the team in managing reports, handling logistics, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with other office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in office administration and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily office administrative tasks
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and presentations
Handle logistics for internal meetings, events, and training sessions
Support training coordination and scheduling
Maintain filing systems and documentation
Assist in organizing team projects and office operations
Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Degree program in:
Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Corporate Communication, or related fields
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fresh students with no experience are welcome
