Job Description


  • Assist the administrative team in day-to-day tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and general office organization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and interoffice communications. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Manage calendars and scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized. Manage office supplies, and equipment, and assist with facilities management. Monitor inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping in databases or spreadsheets as required. Maintain documentation, data management, and filing.
  • Handle all matters pertaining to building management, maintenance, and company assets, including operation and administration matters. Plan, manage, and liaise with vendors on all matters related to building operation, administration, and safety.
  • Proactively participate in decision-making pertaining to all matters related to property administration to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
  • Assist in various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the admin team or management.
  • Other Tasks: Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management and superiors.

; Requirements: -

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
  • Competence in Microsoft Productivity Tools (e.g., MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
  • Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
