Responsibilities:
Call customers to remind and follow up on service appointments
Answer customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Handle appointment bookings and requests
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Support Admin team with office coordination and simple reports
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Marketing, or related field (ongoing)
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp for Business
Positive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
Minimum internship duration: 3 months
Able to start in December 2025
