- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Tanggungjawab
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively address delays or issues.
- Assist with customer communication regarding order updates and delivery schedules.
