Process and confirm customer orders
Prepare invoices and documentation
Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Able to start
before January 2026
(training required before peak season)
Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and customer service attitude
Additional Information
Contract period: December 2025 - May 2026
Annual Leave:
4 days for 6-month contract (accumulated at 0.66 day per month). Staff may apply for leave after completing 2 months of service.
