Provide administrative and secretarial supports to the Partner, Lawyer and the Firm
Managing calendars, schedule meetings & appointment
Assisting and liaising with clients and handling basic enquiries.
Assist in billing and invoicing
Maintain and update files accurately and maintaining confidentiality
Any other related duties
