Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, and basic coordination.
Handle simple accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and managing e-invoicing.
Preferably familiar with POS system software and e-invoicing platforms.
Assist with daily operations and provide support to the team when needed.
Maintain proper record-keeping to ensure smooth workflow within the studio/office.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Passionate, responsible, and eager to learn.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Experience with POS systems and e-invoicing is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
