Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and respond to internal and external correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records Assist in preparing and compiling reports, documents, and presentations Support general office operations, including scheduling meetings and handling supplies Coordinate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency Monitor and maintain administrative systems and processes Perform basic data entry and analysis tasks when required Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed

Requirements:



Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Pay: RM1,753.33 - RM3,084.70 per month
