Job Description


1. The Administrative & Compliance Assistant will work directly under the Director of Operations & Compliance, providing full administrative and compliance support. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with banks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling various operational and administrative tasks. The candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage the Directors schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit documents for signature and approvals.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and document management.
Compliance & Banking Coordination
  • Assist in regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions in Chinese and English for compliance matters.
  • Support AML/KYC procedures and internal audits.
  • Ensure all compliance records are properly maintained and up to date.
Operational & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Labuan office teams in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Assist in coordinating compliance tasks with different departments.
  • Ensure proper communication and reporting between teams.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • At least one compliance certification (AML, KYC, or related).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, compliance, or finance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
