We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks such as managing documents, scheduling, and assisting colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Assist in HR and finance administrative processes (e.g., leave applications, invoices)
Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks when needed
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
At least
2 years of working experience
in administrative or office support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
