Job Scope



Do admin and data entry work (documents, reports, spreadsheets). Support sales team with coordination and simple tasks. Answer seller inquiries (shipment status, pickup, delivery). Monitor shipment performance and highlight issues. Work with internal teams to solve seller problems.

Requirements



SPM/Diploma/Degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). 1-2 years admin experience preferred, but not required. Basic Excel skills. Detail-oriented, able to work on your own and with a team. Can speak English & Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus). Able to work on-site at Mid Valley.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary:

RM2,500 + statutory benefits
