Job Description

As an administrative assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and preparing learning materials.

Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional education or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
