Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
Take orders in person, over the phone or by email.
To check availability of parts on computerised stock records
Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician
Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
To prepare the weekly and monthly sales report
Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
Ensure office and reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.pens, forms and brochures)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Multitasking skill is essential for this position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
