Preferably 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience - Basic knowledge on computer, preferably on Excel, Word, IPES (SAP) system. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. \xe2\x80\xa2 Duties may include typing, filing, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. \xe2\x80\xa2 May work on special projects or department specific tasks to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
