Assist in daily company administration and coordination work.
Arrange business travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary coordination.
Draft, organize, and distribute letters, official documents, and internal notices.
Assist in filing and managing documents and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in meeting arrangements, including sending notifications, booking meeting rooms, and preparing materials.
Handle day-to-day administrative matters such as office supplies procurement and management.
Provide support in completing other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills.
Good proficiency in spoken Mandarin, English, and Malay; strong written skills will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and agile work approach.
Preferably male candidates aged between 23-35.
Basic computer literacy required.
Own transportation.
Able to work independently with a positive working attitude.
