Job Description


We are currently seeking a motivated, proactive individual to join our growing management team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level position with all necessary training provided. The position offers a monthly salary of RM2500 (and above) with all statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO & PCB) covered. Ideally, this role may suit those who thrive in a high-energy, dynamic and competitive team environment.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and systems analysis. Proficiency in MS Office is also essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Good communication and team skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • Open to all educational backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events under the supervision of the superiors.
  • Handle registration of new guests who have applied online and manage the enrollment of members for upcoming courses.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.
  • Manage event set up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain an event calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare event-related materials and equipment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle requests, queries, take dictation, and minutes accurately.
  • Monitor office supplies, research advantageous deals or suppliers, and maintain efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
