Provide administrative support to travel agents, tour coordinators, and management.(Umrah and Tour)
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence with clients and vendors.
Maintain client records, booking files, and travel documentation (passports, itineraries, insurance, invoices).(umrah and tour)
Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries under the direction of travel consultants.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize travel events or company functions.
Update and manage the company's CRM system and databases.
Handle filing, data entry, and general office management duties (ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, etc.).
Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional travel packages.
Support visa processing and travel insurance documentation as needed.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client and company information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
