Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks
Perform data entry, filing, and document management
Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and related documents
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Assist in general office administration duties
Support other tasks assigned by management
Tanggungjawab
Minimum SPM / Diploma or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good command of English and Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
Detail-oriented and responsible
Able to work independently and in a team
