Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Claims Support

Assist QS in preparing and compiling documents for monthly progress claims. Collect supporting documents (site reports, delivery orders, subcontractor claims, etc.) for submission. Ensure claims are submitted on time to consultants/clients.

Certificate Follow-Up

Track status of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Final Accounts, and related approvals. Follow up with consultants, clients, or subcontractors regarding claim and certificate processing. Maintain a log to monitor pending certificates and payments.

Documentation & Record Keeping

Organize and maintain proper filing (hard copy and soft copy) of all claim submissions and certificates. Update payment and claim tracking sheets for QS review. Assist in preparing simple reports on claim status and outstanding certificates.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal site teams regarding claim documentation. Assist QS in drafting letters or emails related to claim follow-ups. Record meeting minutes when discussing claim/certificate matters.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field. Experience in construction administration or QS support is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
