Admin Assistant

Location:

Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Working Hours:

8.30 am - 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Contract:

6 months Contract (Nov 2025 - April 2026)

Must have own transport


Able to start immediately

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and/or Administration Familiar with payroll processes, statutory requirements, and HR best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and multitask effectively
