We are looking for a reliable and organized

Administrative Executive

to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate has experience in the

interior design or renovation industry

and is capable of handling administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and issue

quotations

and

invoices

Provide

administrative and coordination support

to the sales team Perform general

clerical work

and documentation tasks Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Requirements:



Experience in the

interior design / renovation field

is preferred Proficient in

Microsoft Excel and Word

Good

organizational and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
