Job Description

1. Assist to develop and maintain office forms and procedures and administrative tasks. 2. Receive and respond to enquiries from consultants, contractors or any other visitors and refer to appropriate person or department as necessary. 3. Prepare and monitor outgoing documents, sort and distribute incoming document to relevant party. 4. Responsible for document control system. 5. Any other clerical support duties assigned. 6. Assist in preparing and compiling management reports. 7. To attend to vendor for office supplies i.e. stationaries, phone systems, beverages and etc. 8. To ensure the cleanliness of the office. 9. All other job duties as assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior / Management.
