Administrative Clerk Needed In Banting, Selangor

Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. To manage the overall day-to-day operations of administration department that includes but not limited to the following:-

(i) prepare invoices, delivery orders & quotations

(ii) submission of weekly vendors' reports & claims through email & partners' portal

(iii) tracking & submission of rebates/bonuses from suppliers

(iv) ensure rebates/bonuses received by company by collaborating with accounts executive

(v) proper record keeping & filing of documents

(vii)ensure proper management of accounting software (auto count) in terms of inventory management

2. Any other related tasks as instructed by management.

3. Must have experience in microsoft excel & word

4. Only those living around Banting or willing to relocate to Banting are advised to apply for this position

Requirements:



(i) Minimum 1 year of working experience

(ii) Have at least SPM/STPM/Sijil/Diploma

(iii) Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
