Messrs. Loo Wai Hoong is a legal practice in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur with expertise in court litigation, enforcement actions, intellectual property law and debt recovery.

Role Descriptions



Full-time on-site Administrative Clerk / Paralegal position at Messrs. Loo Wai Hoong which includes the following:

supporting firm administration preparing and maintaining case files, letters and legal documents assisting with court filing co-ordinating enforcement raids and following-up with law enforcement authorities, statutory bodies and clients basic account book-keeping including issuing invoices and official receipts managing office supplies and logistics including service of documents and travel arrangements answering incoming calls and taking messages

Qualifications



Administrative Clerk: Minimum 1-year prior work experience and SPM qualification Paralegal: LL.B qualification Written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Experience in document management and court filing are a plus Own transportation: Motorcycle
