Requirements

  • Must be able to speak in BM/English.
  • Those with relevant job experience are preferred.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
  • Able to work overtime, have strong planning and execution skills, good communication and collaboration skills, willing to follow the arrangements of superiors, and have teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks and inventory management.
  • Assisting in the general daily office administration and office support activities.
  • Prepare and monitor documentation for submission. (Invoives, Quotation, Billing, etc)
  • Monitor documents dispatch and received.
  • Issue and handle all appropriate paperwork.
  • Recording documents flow and filing.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keep records and reports up to date.
  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
  • Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
