We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed and have a positive attitude in the job. This job is suitable for University Students, Fresh Graduates or those looking for additional income.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all teaching material is ready for the students and teachers on time.
Manage scheduling of class timings and yearly calendar.
Manage the centre's social media accounts.
Making sure the general cleanliness and order of the premise is maintained
Maintaining an inventory of all stationary and making orders.
Manage any walk-in inquiries
Qualifications:
No specific academic qualification is necessary
Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Must have basic social media skills.
Marketing knowledge or skills are an added bonus.
Open and close the centre if needed.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with fixed hours. The position requires the person to be in the centre from 5.30-10.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
