Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage collection, classification, archiving, and distribution of general and technical equipment documentation. Assist in drafting and revising quality management system documents under the guidance of the Department Head and Quality Department. Coordinate document approvals, maintain documentation records, and arrange related departmental training sessions. Handle online approval workflows for engineering/service contracts, process payments, and maintain proper archiving for offline contract and construction documents. Prepare and upload meeting minutes for departmental meetings. Support daily administrative duties and coordinate inter-department communication as needed.

Job Requirements:



Fresh Graduates with Diploma or above in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field. Experience in engineering, utilities, or technical industry environments is an added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to handle internal documentation and communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
