Responsibilities:-



Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating documents, reports, and data records. Support in monitoring and coordinating daily operational processes. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and printing. Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:-



At least 1 years of experience in related field Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Handles all assigned tasks with responsibility and discipline, takes initiative to learn and ask questions, and consistently completes tasks on time Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of completing tasks independently Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin (3 language) Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
