About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic professional firm providing accounting, company secretarial, and taxation services, proudly supporting SMEs across Hong Kong. Job Scope:
Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring all documentation, updates, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate tasks and projects, monitor milestones and deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration among partners, accountants, and company secretaries.
Serve as the main contact for clients, providing high-quality administrative support for auditing, company secretarial, and tax service teams.
Maintain and organize client records systematically to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.
Perform data entry and reporting in the ERP system, ensuring consistency and precision across all records.
Generate and analyze administrative and project reports using advanced Excel functions for management insights.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional services or corporate environment preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficient in written and reading Chinese; Cantonese speaking preferred for client communication.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
