  • Mandarin Speaker only as you will be direct liaising with Director from China
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in administrative management, business management, or related fields.
  • Ability to analyze and handle administrative affairs, public relations skills for external coordination, good interpersonal relationships, strong verbal communication, and organizational coordination abilities.
  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1-2 years of work experience in Malaysia.
  • Vacancy open for Executive, Supervisor, or Manager subject to years of service
  • Experience in administrative planning and management for start-up companies is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
  • Formulate and improve administrative rules and regulations to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Purchase, manage, and distribute office supplies, and maintain office facilities.
  • Manage monthly budget and expenses for the administrative department.
  • Plan and organize employee activities.
  • Organize and arrange reception, conferences, travel, and office support tasks.
  • Manage fixed assets, and conduct asset inventory every six months.
  • Handle daily interactions with property management.
  • Maintain office environment hygiene, create and uphold a good working environment.
  • Oversee the decoration of new office spaces.
  • Handle other administrative tasks and assignments from leaders.
