Kelayakan
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience handling procurement or HR administrative support.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and basic accounting procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and supporting basic HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management on office maintenance and contracts.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and mails, courier services, and office communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed.
Manfaat
Remunerations package:
  • Gross salary range: RM3100 - RM3400
  • Basic: RM2500 - RM2800
  • Performance allowance: RM500
  • Attendance allowance: RM100
  • Medical & hospitalization covered
  • EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered
Working hours:
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • Off day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

  • Menara Tan & Tan, 207, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
  • Nearby Persiaran KLCC MRT / Ampang Park LRT station (within 5 minute walking distance)
