Job Description

As an Office Executive, your role will support various administrative, operational, and marketing functions across these brands, with seasonal involvement depending on event needs, publication cycles, and team collaboration.



I. Administration & Merchandise



Handle daily inquiries and responses via social media platiorms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram). Manage email communications related to inquiries, school applications, and the enrolment process. Perform general administrative tasks including phone call handling and parent engagement on school-related maters. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services. Efficiently manage data and documentation using Microsoft Office and related tools. Assist the Marketing Team with social media efforts; Canva design skills are an added advantage. Support and coordinate company events and activities. Oversee merchandise operations, including inventory, product handling, and restocking. Assist in the management of book publishing processes. Handle franchise agreements and related administrative support. Manage departmental budgeting and expenditure tracking. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including monitoring office supplies, stationery, and basic facility needs. Work independently with minimal supervision. Be physically fit and able to lift and store bulk items (e.g., books, merchandise).

II. Operations & Technical Support



General Scope of Work:

Stay up to date with technological advancements and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Manage and maintain in-house web systems/applications (e.g., KMS, KAS, CMS - LittleLives) including:
o Payment gateway integration

o Document submissions and uploads

o User access and general troubleshooting

Routine and Ad-hoc Tasks:

Collaborate with internal and external teams (developers, designers, vendors) to improve system performance and resolve technical issues. Provide customer and user support, including training and issue escalation. Communicate feature updates and system enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
Event-Related Technical Support:

Set up and manage digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for company events. Provide on-site or virtual technical support during live events. Record and document events as required (pre, during, and post-event).

III. Publication Marketing



Marketing Responsibilities (Specific to Publication Unit):

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's publication and related services. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (organic and paid), including content creation for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials. Identify new business leads and branding opportunities for the publication line. Track marketing performance, prepare analytical reports, and propose improvements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and execution. Stay updated with current trends and tools in digital marketing, branding, and publishing.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
