Record and manage incoming and outgoing correspondences (e.g., letters, faxes, couriers, etc.) and ensure timely distribution to recipients.
Maintain adequate stock of pantry items and stationery.
Organize and maintain proper HR and administrative filing systems.
Manage the reception counter -- attend to visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to general inquiries.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support onboarding activities for new employees (e.g., preparing ID/access cards, onboarding kits).
Take and document photos during company events, training sessions, or visits for internal updates and reporting purposes.
2. Logistics
Arrange courier services, deliveries, and other logistics matters.
Deliver or collect documents/items to and from project sites when required.
Update and monitor company car listings and movements.
Assist in monitoring vehicle service and maintenance schedules.
Able to drive when required for official errands or delivery of documents.
3. Others
Assist in monitoring CCTV, alarm, and door access systems (e.g., monthly backup, warranty records, and routine checks).
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting room arrangements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirement:
Possess a valid motorcycle and car driving license (B2 & D).
Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh Graduate in Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
Able to use Microsoft Office.
Proactive and willing to learn in fast paced environment.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Immediate availability.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
