- MBRS Submission: Prepare and submit financial statements and other documents using the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS).
- Well versed in Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) and/or Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents/forms for certification by the Company Secretary.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including drafting cover letters, correspondences, and maintaining proper filing systems.
- System Usage: Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for document processing; familiarity with MyCoID and MBRS systems is an advantage.
- Meeting Assistance: Assist in organizing Board/Committee Meetings and General Meetings, including the preparation of agenda papers/meeting files.
- Secretarial Support: Support the Secretarial Department with statutory file maintenance and related requirements under the Companies Act 2016.
