- Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials for new employees.
- Help coordinate staff training sessions and company events.
- Prepare and compile regular reports for management, such as project progress reports, expense tracking, and administrative summaries.
- Take ownership of managing all company licenses and certifications (e.g., MOF, CIDB, Local Council, etc.).
- Proactively monitor and track all renewal dates, ensuring 100% compliance and timely submission of all required documents.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical database of all licenses and official correspondence.
- Actively participate as a member of the tender procurement team.
Assist in monitoring tender portals (like E-perolehan) to identify new project opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing and compiling tender documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
- Help coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Work collaboratively with all team members and departments, offering support where needed to achieve common goals.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
