Job Description



To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager;

To attend Residents/Owners' complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;

To keep proper record on payments received from the tenants, letters, etc.

To be responsible for all cash, cheque and issuance of official receipts

Job Requirements



Good working experience in Property Management and building facilities management;

Good writing skills in English and Malay;

Independent, self motivated and result oriented person;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
