Roles / Responsibilities
In-charge of station's administrative works including payroll, Human Resources, Procurement, Stock & Assets Management and Documents related to product sales.
Provide guidance and support to the administrative staffs on the routine activities.
Comply to ISO 9001 requirement.
Ensure all record and filing system is well maintained.
Communication with customers/ vendors.
Assume the responsibilities of other executives of the station in their absence.
Inspect and receive items in good condition from vendors.
Requirement
Candidate must possess diploma or degree level in any field.
With or without working experience.
Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer Literate (Required Skills: Microsoft Office)
Knowledge in SAP estate management system or any estate management system
Willing to be based in Tangkak, Johor
